Incident Summary

On May 7, 2026, from 14:52 until 15:03 gmt-6 an isolated service interruption was identified affecting the production environment. During the incident window, requests to the following endpoint returned a 404 Not Found response.

As a result, access to the affected environment was temporarily unavailable.

Detection

The issue was detected shortly after the first failed requests were identified by monitoring and operational checks.

Resolution

The issue was addressed immediately by the technical team, and service was restored promptly. Normal operation was successfully confirmed after remediation actions were completed.
